Our client required a web application that would cater to all three parties involved- the admin, the agents, and the users. That required a lot of different functionalities, features, and data management. Apart from that, it was a challenge to provide advanced search and process a large number of emails. But our developers ended up creating a superb web application with the help of ASP.NET MVP, MS SQL, and many more technologies. In the end, the client was very impressed with the end product as it fulfilled every expectation.
