What will be payment terms?

We offer following payment schedule for Custom Software Development:

30 % advance, 20 % on UI completion, 30 % on alpha delivery, and 20% on final delivery.

Above payment terms can be changed a bit depending on project size and budget.

With whom I will communicate?

You will be assigned dedicated project manager. He/she will be in touch with you closely via email and messenger.

What kind of status reports I will have?

You will get daily status report and weekly status report. Both reports would have information about work done during days and weeks. Additionally you will get project status report regarding information about task completed, tasks in progress and planned task for future with dates.

How will I get update about application's progress?

You will get daily and weekly status report.

What will be the payment methods?

You can pay us via PayPal or Wire Transfer/ Bank Transfer.

If you are paying less than $3,000, you can pay us via PayPal. As per PayPal regulations for Indian business account holders, we cannot receive more than 3,000$ per transaction via PayPal. Please note that you have to add 4% fee in amount you send us if you pay via PayPal.

Also you can always send money to us via Wire Transfer / Bank Transfer. We will supply you our bank detail. You don’t have to pay any additional fee other than Wire Transfer fee your bank may charge to send money to us.

We use project management tools to define and distribute tasks among team for successful execution of any project.

Yes, we use web based project management tools to manage projects.

Do you use SVN?

Yes, we do use it.

Do they work at home or at office?

We have fully fledged office at Surat, India spanning over 3,675 Sq. ft. capable of housing 70+ software professionals. We have all necessary facilities like chambers, conference room, secure and company wide networking.

You will get daily and weekly status report. After we reach to a stage where we can show you working demo, we actually upload the software on our demo server and send you the demo links.

This completely depends on scope of your custom software. We will give you quotation with required time along with budget of project.
